Rubberized Cork Automotive Gaskets

We provide our customers with a wide variety of die-cut Rubberized Cork Automotive Gaskets. The complete range is manufactured using high grade raw materials and advanced production methods to ensure they last for a long period of time.

All materials are available in sheets measuring 610mm x 900mm, 910mm x 910mm, 1000mm x 1000mm, and 900mm x 1200mm. Rubber cork strips are available from 35 mm to 15 mm. Sheets are available in standard natural cork and black colours. Other sizes are available on request.

Thickness of the sheets is available from 1.0 mm to 25 mm. The thickness variation on sheets at any point is ±10% for thicknesses up to 6.0 mm and ±0.25 mm for thicknesses greater than 25 mm. We also specialize in the manufacture of Rubberized Cork Automotive Gaskets in individual sizes. Though our production covers a wide range for different applications, we can also produce materials to meet your special requirements and specifications, such as granule size, tensile strength, compressibility, and oil swell.
