Rubberized Cork Sheet

Rubberized Cork is produced from high-grade cork granules such as neoprene, nitrile, SBR, natural cork, etc. This combines the resilience of rubber with the natural compressibility of cork. Rubber cork is available in various grades for many applications, including automotive, electrical transformers, control gear, switch gear, etc. Every gasket application requires material that is best suited to that particular pressure, temperature, medium, or environmental factor.

Rubberized Cork Sheet combines the compressibility of cork with the resilience and mechanical resistance properties of rubber. Rubberized cork is available in a wide range of grades. All materials are available in sheets measuring 610mm x 900mm, 910mm x 910mm, 1000mm x 1000mm, and 900mm x 1200mm. Rubber cork strips are available from 35 mm to 15 mm. Sheets are available in standard natural cork and black colours. Other sizes are available on request.

Thickness of the sheets is available from 1.0 mm to 25 mm. The thickness variation on sheets at any point is ±10% for thicknesses up to 6.0 mm and ±0.25 mm for thicknesses greater than 25 mm. We also specialize in the manufacture of Rubberized Cork Sheets in individual sizes.
